    1. Thank you, Alex… The beauty of a good read is not just in the hoarding but in the sharing, I guess. The ANA Prizes are usually based not on single poems or stories, but on a whole collection. In this case, it was a collection, ‘Home equals holes: Tale of an exile’ (published by SEVHAGE, 2014) that won the prize.
I wrote a bit about it on the following link http://sevhagereviews.wordpress.com/2014/12/30/of-a-prize-won-and-the-fascination-of-poetry-by-sueddie-vershima-agema/
Thank you for taking time to drop by, and for the feedback. Have a great new year!

  4. Hey! Izza, *hugs…. You know better than many others how the reality of offline buzz can put some muteness to our online fancies 🙂
Coincidentally, I was on your blog reading. I had to smile at the Versatility Nomination. It was an interesting piece… Hmmm, those were some nice 7 things about you! Hmmm…. And you are only 4 months? Say what? Are you kidding me? 4 months? Chai! Oh well…

    1. Which heartfelt prayer…? Maybe you should share? 🙂 This is the last poem in my collection, Home Equals Holes: Tale of an Exile. Sometimes we need to remind ourselves, it will be well, yeah?

Thanks M.R 🙂 You really are kind… and wahoo! You are raiding this blog in ways that leave me smiling 🙂 I am soon going to be raiding yours too …
